By checking this box, I give Anna Malie Design full permission to proceed with production. I love the colors. All of the text and other elements are perfect. I am aware that I did not receive a hardcopy proof. I understand that colors appear differently from monitor to monitor and can print differently as well. I am ok with this. Any mistakes not seen by me at this point are not the responsibility of Anna Malie Design. I have proofed everything very carefully and even had someone else look at it to verify all looks perfect! Any changes after production will be at my expense. Some assembly may be required including, but not limited to belly bands and tags.

I have been given the rights to print and/or have printed by a 3rd party any artwork files I submitted to Anna Malie Design for my project from the Copyright owner. These files include any monograms, clipart, photos or any other files. Anna Malie Design will not be held accountable. I warrant that the copyright owner has given permission and license to me to reproduce any digital files - including monograms, clipart, photos or any other artwork. I agree to hold Anna Malie Design from any and all liability, damages and expenses that may incur as a result of using any submitted files and printing them. I understand the copyright laws pertaining to the ownership and reproduction of digital artwork, and I am also aware that large monetary penalties may be assessed for illegally printing digital files without the written permission of the copyright owner.
